Very good value for money
Good taste Great amount of carbohydrates there are few gels that have 60g of carbohydrates. With ratio 1.08 It would lack a little more sodium to be perfect. Ideal for long runs.

Gel very cheap but a little big
The gel is wonderful, I tried the neutral flavor and it does not cloy anything, the taste is really neutral. The problem I see with these gels is that being so big, it is very difficult to take advantage of all the content, being a little difficult in full competition, for the rest all good.

They are the ones that suit me best and fulfill their function. They are not cloying and they feel very good. I had tried other brands, much more expensive, which were known to sit better, but I finally found these. The taste is very good, even the neutral one.

Very pleased
Although I use them in combination with other gels, they give me the energy I need for long sessions and they feel good in my stomach.

Fast energy for long runs
The gel format with 60 g of carbohydrates is a good energy boost, especially for endurance sports.

Excellent product
I chose them for their carbohydrate ratio, one of the best on the market and at the best price. The pineapple flavor seems to me very successful. Very good product.

Well
Tested for long climbing routes. Practical, without taste in my case, I don't like artificial flavors.

Gel
I have tried the neutral and the lime. For non-hydro they are not cloying unlike other brands, although you need to drink a little water because of the large amount. I use them for cycling training.
