I like
The rheumatologist sent me a vitamin D medication for my osteopenia but I only take one pill a month. It seems that it is better to take the vitamin D spaced out over time and not just one dose a month. I am happy. We'll see at my next checkup.

Basic functionality
For joint health, the combination of vitamin d3 and k2 is essential. But I'm happy to do it. I find it a phenomenal product and a very good price and number of intakes.
Para cuidar la salud articular la combinación de la vitamina d3 y k2 es fundamental. Además, como se está poniendo de manifiesto, los nuevos avances mediante la tecnología liposomal favorecen la absorción y aumentan la biodisponibilidad de los nutrientes. Obviamente, esto se paga. Pero yo lo hago a gusto. Me parece un producto fenomenal y un precio y número de tomas muy bueno.
