The rheumatologist sent me a vitamin D medication for my osteopenia but I only take one pill a month. It seems that it is better to take the vitamin D spaced out over time and not just one dose a month. I am happy. We'll see at my next checkup.

Liposolated to ensure the highest absorption. It is a fixed in my supplementation, better than the normal ones, they are more expensive but worth it.
