Being vegetarian, this is the option that I have liked the most until today. Complete and well priced, without having to take several a day, superior quality. Highly recommended.

I keep it in the fridge and every day that I don't take any fish I take a capsule. Even my skin feels better. And my blood tests are perfect.

Quality

I don't know how many years I've been consuming omega, but a few months ago I switched to algae. That's where the fish get it from, so I think it's a more direct way. I am happy with the product, I would only like a larger format to make it more economical.

No sé los años que llevo consumiendo omega, pero hace unos meses me pasé al de algas. De ahí es de donde lo obtienen los peces, por lo que creo que es una forma más directa. Contenta con el producto, únicamente me gustaría un formato mayor para que saliera más económico.

Vegan Omega-3

I think a product with these characteristics is phenomenal for people who do not ingest animal food sources. It is a very concentrated algae oil that provides a high amount of DHA. I love the total absence of any type of allergen in the product, as always, HSN does not fail in that.

Me parece fenomenal un producto de estas características para la población que no ingerimos fuentes de alimento animal. Se trata de un aceite de algas muy concentrado y que aporta una alta cantidad de DHA. Me encanta la ausencia total de cualquier tipo de alérgeno en el producto, como siempre, HSN en eso no falla.
