Well, but I prefer the other cocoa.
I wanted to try this cocoa to compare it with the other HSN cocoa, in this case I notice it softer, less flavor and aroma. I guess it is normal, in my case, I prefer the other cocoa.
Quise probar este cacao para compararlo con el otro de HSN, en este caso lo noto más suave, menos sabor y aroma. Supongo que es normal, en mi caso, prefiero el otro cacao.

Tasty and healthy
During the cold season, I always make myself a hot chocolate with the cocoa powder in the evening: 300g milk, 20g cocoa powder, stevia. It dissolves completely in the warm milk with a whisk. Tastes very tasty and balanced. The flavonol content of this powder should be significantly higher than that of normal powder. It would be great if this could be tested in the laboratory and published.
Zur kalten Jahreszeit mache ich mir mit dem Kakaopulver abends immer eine heiße Schokolade: 300g Milch, 20g Kakaopulver, Stevia. Mit einem Schneebesen löst es sich in der warmen Milch vollständig auf. Schmeckt sehr lecker und ausgewogen. Der Flavonolgehalt sollte bei diesem Pulver deutlich über dem von normalem Pulver liegen. Wäre mega, wenn das im Labor getestet und veröffentlich würde.

At first glance it looks like any other chocolate but it is not. I think it is purer and compared to the market is well priced, plus it is not alkalized to preserve its properties. It definitely beats others like Mercadona.
A simplevista parece como cualquier chocolate pero no lo es. Pienso que es mejor mas puro y que comparado con el mercado esta bien de precio, ademas que viene no alcalinizado para conservar sus propiedades. Definitivamente supera a otros como el de Mercadona.
