Ingredients
Bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), retinyl acetate (vitamin A), anti-caking agents (cross-linked sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids), stabiliser (hydroxypropyl cellulose).

'Pure' vitamin A comes in the form of retinol. In fact, many formulas for the skin are developed with retinol and other retinoids.
Why don't we use retinol as pure vitamin A?
Because it's not stable. Free vitamin A in the form of retinol is highly susceptible to oxidation by air and inactivation through ultraviolet (UV) radiation.
To reduce the photodestruction of Vitamin A, esterified forms of greater molecular complexity and technological development are developed, including: Retinyl Acetate.
