We have elaborated our date paste maintaining the matrix of the food, and preserving its nutritional and organoleptic properties to the maximum.

How did we do it? Well, in the most natural way possible, of course.

Adding nuts; specifically pieces of almonds and cashew nuts, two foods with a great nutritional profile, which provides essential fatty acids: Omega-3 and Omega-6.

We've rounded out our Energy Paleo Bar with cranberry, not just for the taste, but also for the flavour;

Palm fat free

We have used oils from sunflower and corn to preserve the fruit in our bar, because they are high in polyunsaturated fatty acids; no palm oil or animal fats, high in saturated fats.

Free of hydrogenated fats.

More than 90% of the fats in our bar are monounsaturated and polyunsaturated, thanks to the plant-based ingredients we have used to make it.
