Evobcaa's by SportSeries is a food supplement powder made of high quality Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAA's) 12:1:1 and Glutamine, with sweeteners. BCAA's, the essential amino acids, are the most consumed product in sports due to their properties and the results that are experienced in terms of: shortening the muscle recovery, contributing to muscle growth and preserving muscle mass during cutting diets.
HOW AND WHEN TO TAKE?
Depending on how we want to use the BCAA's we will take them as:
- Pre-workout: Take 1 scoop (11g) around 15-20 minutes before training.
- Intra-workout: Take Evobcaa's with a carbohydrate product like Evocarbs. Mix it with 1/2 scoop of carbohydrates every 45 minutes of intense activity.
- Post-workout: The best thing to do would be to take Evobcaa's with protein, since this blend will create a synergy. Add 1 scoop (11g) of BCAA's to your protein shake.

I like to use them occasionally if I have had a hard workout since I don't consume carbohydrates in supplement form. I perceive a better recovery when I take them.
