how and when to take?

Depending on how you want to use BCAA's, the way to take them will differ:

Pre-workout: Take 1 scoop (11 g) about 15-20 minutes before your workout.
Intra-workout: Take Evobcaa's along with a carb source like Evocarbs. Mix 1/2 scoop with carbs every 45 minutes during intense activity.
Post-workout: Ideally, take Evobcaa's with proteins, as this combo works synergistically. Add 1 scoop (11 g) of BCAA's to your protein shake.
