It contains 10 grams of collagen and has been supplemented with vitamins (C, B, A, and D), hyaluronic acid, minerals (zinc, silicon, copper, and selenium), and ceramides (Ceramosides™). This supplement will help you care for your skin, as well as maintaining hair and nail care.
Based on lysine HCl, an essential amino acid from vegetal fermentation (making it suitable for consumption by vegans). Its formula has been supplemented with zinc and selenium for added effectiveness, which will help maintain nails, skin, and hair.
Give your skin, nails and ,hair extra care with this complete supplement based on biotin, minerals (zinc and copper), and selenium. Its main ingredient, biotin (vitamin B complex), is highly concentrated in this product, so it will meet your daily requirements for proper well-being.
To complete our pack, we have added one of our new designs: the Bottle HSN We Are Nutrition! Stainless Steel. It's great for taking your drinks with you and doesn't give any unpleasant taste. Thanks to its size, it is very convenient and easy to carry on walks, training sessions, etc.
How to take these supplements?
To maintain optimal intake, we recommend:
In the morning with breakfast, take 1 vegetable capsule of L-lysine 500mg.
At lunchtime, take the second vegetable capsule of L-lysine 500mg.
In the evening at dinner, take the last L-lysine vegetable capsule to complete the daily dose.
As for Collagen Super Beauty and Biotin Complex, they give you more freedom in their consumption, so you decide when to take them.
Collagen Super Beauty: Mix 2 scoops of 15ml (approx. 15g) with 150ml of water and drink 1 time a day.
Biotin Complex: Take 1 tablet, 1 time a day. You can use it in the morning or the evening, ideally with a meal.
