Barley grass powder 500g - EssentialSeries

A pure product, as it is made solely from barley grass (Hordeum vulgare) and therefore excludes additives, colours and preservatives in its formula. It is also perfect for vegans. It is characterised by its high fibre content. Use it to make recipes such as smoothies, slushies or pastries. It doesn't contain gluten.

 

Wheat grass powder 500g - EssentialSeries

This product is made only with powdered wheat grass (Triticum aestivum) in its seedling stage, which is the time when the most nutrients are found in wheat. It is perfect for providing a good amount of fibre and for a correct supply of plant-based proteins that will contribute to your muscle mass and its maintenance, as well as helping at a bone level. It doesn't contain gluten. 

To take Barley Grass Powder, simply mix 2 scoops of 10ml (approx. 6g) with 100ml of water, smoothies or juice.

The process of taking Wheat Grass Powder is similar, except that you mix 1 scoop of 10ml (approx. 4g) with 100ml of water, smoothies, or juice.

You can combine both in the same intake and the same smoothie.
