L-Arginine (free form), L-citrulline (free form), capsule [glazing agent (hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose)], anti-caking agents [silicon dioxide and fatty acids (vegetable source)], acidity regulator (calcium citrate), stabiliser (microcrystalline cellulose).

I like this product I think it does its job very well. When it comes to training I notice that I can that little bit more, it gives me that point of strength, where I notice the most is that the veins of the arms are more visible and I do not know why but since I take it I'm always with the loaded gun you win at all times.
