Especially on days when I tend to take too many stimulants such as caffeine, I have been doing well because by taking these capsules in the evening I have rested better. I have verified that prolactin levels in the blood tend to decrease in the three to six hours after taking them.
Specialmente nei giorni in cui tendo ad assumere troppi eccitanti come la caffeina mi sono trovato bene perché assumendo queste capsule la sera ho riposato meglio. Ho verificato che i livelli di prolattina nel sangue tendono a diminuire nelle tre-sei ore successive all'assunzione.
