Very effective
It helps me a lot in long series, being able to tolerate very effectively the burn of the last repetitions. In addition, it has no taste whatsoever. Following the recommended 2 daily doses, it does not produce the characteristic parasthesia, so I tolerate it very well. Highly recommended!

Perfect for increasing endurance and delaying fatigue. I recommend taking it divided because in my case if I take the daily dose all at once I notice that itching sensation on my skin.
