EVOBURN: an extra boost of energy when I need a push
I tried EVOBURN mostly for the days when I have a hard time starting before training. For me it gives me a plus of activation and focus, and it is especially noticeable if you come with little energy. It's potent, though: I started with a small amount to see tolerance and I wouldn't take it late because it can affect sleep. In general, I see it as a punctual support for demanding workouts, not as something magical for burning.
Probé EVOBURN sobre todo para los días en los que me cuesta arrancar antes de entrenar. A mí me da un plus de activación y enfoque, y se nota especialmente si vienes con poca energía. Eso sí, es potente: empecé con poca cantidad para ver tolerancia y no lo tomaría tarde porque puede afectar al sueño. I have consumed a whole bottle and I have my doubts about its effectiveness. It is true that after taking it I immediately noticed an increase in body temperature, but in the time I have been taking it, I have not lost any weight following the same dietary and exercise pattern that I did before taking it. I went back to P-Synephrine as a pre-workout because I did notice the weight loss with it.
