I read an article in which they said that SAMe was very good for mood and I have noticed an effect in this sense, although not as much as I expected.

Helps me with joint problems

i have been taking sam-e regularly since 2008. i had osteoarthritis in 2008 and have had no more problems with it since then. i am now 74 years old and feel very well.
