I bought it to add it along with glutamine to my post-workout protein shake, the truth is that the taste is not very good, and I think that with just the protein shake we would already be well covered, I do not think it is essential.

La compré para añadirla junto a la glutamina a mi batido proteico post entreno, la verdad es que el sabor no es muy bueno, y creo que con solo el batido de proteína ya iríamos bien cubierto, no creo que sea imprescindible.

Incredible

Being neutral flavor I mix it with Evofuel Pre-workout and thus avoid the natural bitter taste of the amino acid itself. I also combine it with glutamine. After training I add both to the protein shake. The taste is not quite right. But it is an incredible muscle recoverer.

Al ser sabor neutro lo mezclo con el Pre-entreno Evofuel y así evito el sabor amargo natural del propio amino ácido. También lo combinó con la glutamina. Después del entreno añado los dos al batido de proteínas. El sabor no es del todo bueno. Pero es un recuperador muscular increíble.
