In the absence of 3 sessions a week at the gym. I feel a lot less aches and pains with this product, when I don't take it, recovery isn't as good. Really. I like it a lot.

I bought it to add it along with glutamine to my post-workout protein shake, the truth is that the taste is not very good, and I think that with just the protein shake we would already be well covered, I do not think it is essential.
