It really dissolves completely, leaves no floury mouthfeel and tastes absolutely neutral like milk. If you stir it into milk, it just tastes like a full-bodied milk. With a little sweetener and good cocoa (without sugar) you can make a great chocolate milk. It doesn't have the typical disgusting cheesy whey taste. I've been looking for this for a long time.
