Good supplement

Perfect product in terms of presentation, dosage and does not add any flavor. The only downside is that they do not sell such a small scoop and you have to have a precision scale to use it.

Good combo with other products

On a physical and mental level I notice a plus of energy and concentration together with glycine, msm and some other products that I alternate.

Tastes terrible

I dilute it in half a glass of water and it tastes terrible. I can't comment on its effectiveness because I've only been taking it for two days.

Lo diluyo en medio vaso de agua y tiene un sabor muy fatal. Sobre la efectividad no puedo opinar porque solo llevo dos días tomándolo.
