Together with bioperine

I was taking bioperine because it speeds up my metabolism and it feels great. I read that this formula is complementary and also contributes to that, I especially like that it doesn't hurt the stomach like other spices can do. I take it before I exercise and I seem to sweat more too. Of course, with the summer we've been having, anyone wouldn't do that, haha.

Estaba tomando bioperine porque me acelera el metabolismo y me sienta genial. Leí que esta fórmula es complementaria y también contribuye a ello, gustándome especialmente que no dañe el estómago como pueden hacer otros picantes. Lo tomo antes de hacer ejercicio y parece que también sudo más. Aunque claro, con el verano que llevamos cualquiera no lo hace, jaja.

I take it along with caffeine in the morning and without caffeine but with citrulline at the end of the day and I have noticed an improvement, a plus.
