Effectiveness

Very good product for my long workouts. I like the combination of carbohydrates in a 1:0.8 ratio because it gives me sustained energy without digestive heaviness, and the electrolytes help me a lot to stay hydrated, especially on hot days or high intensity sessions. It dissolves well, has a pleasant taste and does not upset my stomach.

Muy buen producto para mis entrenamientos largos. Me gusta la combinación de carbohidratos en ratio 1:0,8 porque me aporta energía sostenida sin pesadez digestiva, y los electrolitos me ayudan mucho a mantenerme hidratado, sobre todo en los días de más calor o en sesiones de alta intensidad. Se disuelve bien, tiene un sabor agradable y no me genera molestias estomacales.
