Red quinoa

I tend to include more grains in my bulk diet, so I buy it often. The advantage of quinoa is that it contains all 9 essential amino acids, making it a complete protein like meat, albeit with less protein value. I like quinoa, although I still prefer the other variety in terms of taste.

Yo suelo incluir más cereales en mi dieta de volumen, así que la compro a menudo. La ventaja de la quinoa es que contiene los 9 aminoácidos esenciales, lo que la convierte en una proteína completa como la carne, aunque con menor valor proteico. Me gusta la quinoa, aunque sigo prefiriendo la otra variedad en cuanto a sabor.

Firm texture and delicious flavor

Red quinoa has a more intense touch and a firmer texture than white quinoa, perfect for salads, stir-fries or as a garnish. It does not overcook and keeps its shape. Very versatile and nutritious, it is already a must in my pantry.

La quinoa roja tiene un toque más intenso y una textura más firme que la blanca, perfecta para ensaladas, salteados o como guarnición. No se pasa al cocerla y mantiene su forma. Muy versátil y nutritiva, ya es un imprescindible en mi despensa.
