Ingredients
Magnesium citrate, rice extract (100:1, Oryza sativa bran, 98% gamma-oryzanol), vegetable capsule [glazing agent (hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose)], anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids), zinc citrate, thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1).
