Evopro (Premium protein blend) + Digezime

Evopro + Digezyme^® is a powdered food supplement based on whey protein isolate, milk protein isolate (casein + whey) and the Digezyme^® enzyme complex. This formula promotes the sequential absorption of these proteins. Because of this, Evopro fits any time of day or need. In this formula, only milk protein is used as the animal-based ingredient, so it’s suitable for vegetarians.

Guar gum powder

Guar gum is an ingredient used as a food thickener without adding calories to the recipe, coming from guar beans (Cyamopsis tetragonoloba). A plant with Indian designation of origin. Besides its thickening properties, it’s a source of fiber, which makes it even more interesting. This guar gum is 100% HSN in-house production under GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) guarantees. It’s suitable for celiacs and vegans.

HSN Syrups

You can pick any syrup flavor from FoodSeries. They all share common features: besides being delicious, they’re calorie-free, sugar-free, lactose-free, and suitable for celiacs. Any of these syrups is perfect to accompany the ice cream you can make with this pack, dessert, or sweet treat. HSN syrups are especially recommended for athletes and people who care about their nutrition.

Preparation

In a bowl, mix 250ml of milk or plant-based drink, 2 scoops (30g) of Evopro, and 1 scoop of guar gum.
Using a blender, mix the ingredients until they whip up and get a creamy texture.
Serve in individual portions and chill for about 4 hours.
Add syrup to taste.
