Whey at breakfast, Hydro after training, Casein at night, I drink whole milk and yogurts, and it's always the same, because a 2kg protein lasts as long as it lasts, so 1 month taking the same flavor after training. The flavors of proteins tend to make me gooey so I bought neutral and this pack with flavors coffee, strawberries, chocolate with hazelnuts, white chocolate and vanilla. The only ones that have tasted too much to me, even with a very small amount, are coffee and chocolate hazelnut, with the strawberry and white chocolate I'm in love!

Practical and good taste
I have so far tried the yogurt and lemon and the vanilla. The flavors are fine, they work perfectly. The package recommends to put 3g in each shake, but for my taste with 1g or less is enough.
