This pack is designed for those who train several times a week and are looking to maintain their muscle mass. It consists of a whey protein isolate + concentrate, a multivitamin and a supplement based on amino acids and L-glutamine. They all act synergistically and contribute to muscle maintenance and recovery so that you are ready to get back to work in your next session, whether it is training or competition.

Products included

Evoexcel 2.0 (Whey Protein Isolate + Concentrate)

It is a food preparation based on whey protein isolate and concentrate, plus bacterial ferments and an enzyme complex. Evoexcel 2.0 contains up to 88% protein, which means it provides 26 grams per serving.

We have included the DigeZyme® enzyme complex in the formula to make digestion easier and nutrient assimilation more effective. You can choose from any of our 8 flavours, all of which are delicious.

Evovits (Multivitamin)

Formula developed by our R&D&I team with a large amount of vitamins, minerals and plant extracts. Contains bioavailable forms of all water-soluble vitamins and vitamins A, D and E, minerals, trace elements and herbal extracts.

All of which are present in numerous functions of our body. The format is very convenient and with a single daily intake, you meet the established daily dose.

Evobcaa's 2.0 (BCAA´s 12:1:1 + Glutamine)

This supplement made from BCAA's and L-Glutamine is formulated in such a way that it has the highest concentration ratio of Leucine 12:1:1, which means that each unit of valine and isoleucine is equivalent to 12 units of L-leucine.

In addition, Kyowa® glutamine has been added to the formula, it must be taken into account that glutamine is the amino acid with the highest presence in our organism. Evobcaa's 2.0, unlike other amino acid powders, dissolves very well in water and is available in 9 different flavours.

How to take?

Before breakfast

Take 1 shake of Evoexcel 2.0 by mixing 1 scoop (30g) with 250-300ml of skimmed milk or water.

After breakfast

Take 1 vegetable capsule of Evovits.

Before training

Take 1 scoop (11g) of Evobcaa's 2.0 mixed with 200ml of water 15 minutes before training.

During training

Take 1 scoop (11g) of Evobcaa's 2.0 mixed with water in small sips.

After training

After exercise, take 1 scoop (30g) of Evoexcel 2.0 mixed with 250-300ml of water or skimmed milk.

If you don't training

Take 1 time a day between meals, 1 scoop (30g) of Evoexcel 2.0, mixed with 250-300ml of water or skimmed milk.
