This pack is designed to combine several ingredients, starting with carbohydrates for effective energy recharge, along with a product that under other circumstances would be taken before training, but given the goal of maintaining a steady training pace or the event’s characteristics, we take it during training instead. This helps reduce the feeling of physical and mental fatigue, while providing an energy boost, delaying lactate effects, and enhancing explosiveness.

Evordx 2.0 Evordx 2.0 falls under pre-workout supplements, but since our goal is to maintain the same level of energy concentration and activation, we’ll use it in a more unique way—as an intra-workout. So, we’ll take advantage of its fantastic breakdown of elements, highlighting: BCAAs, branched-chain amino acids that act as anticatabolic agents; Citrulline malate and Arginine, both complementary and boosting nitric oxide release, improving oxygenation and transport to muscle cells and eliminating metabolic waste like ammonia; Beta alanine, which buffers lactic acid produced by high-intensity effort that can damage muscle tissue and stop activity; Caffeine, a central nervous system stimulant to reduce fatigue and tiredness.

It fits perfectly within the protocol we’re discussing, becoming key for the athlete’s best performance.

Natural Caffeine 200mg Caffeine is used for energy activation, and since it’s fast-acting, you’ll feel its effects quickly. Taking it at the start of your activity is highly recommended, so combined with the intra-workout drink, it provides steady activation.

INTRA-WORKOUT

This pack is aimed for use during long training sessions or events/competitions lasting several hours. So, it’s taken as an intra-workout drink, following these proportions:

• 600-750ml of cold water
• 1 scoop of Cluster Dextrin
• 1 scoop of Palatinose

Right before heading out, take 1 vegetable caffeine capsule.

CARBOHYDRATE LOADING

Before an event or competition, it’s recommended to take between meals 0,5 scoop of Palatinose + 0,5 scoop of Amylopectin with 500ml of water, two to three times a day, 3-4 days before the competition.
