Panax Ginseng (35:1) extract 400mg is a food supplement based on an extract of Korean ginseng/panax ginseng roots. This means that it has been extracted by concentrating 4 times its content compared to the natural state in the root.
This extract is standardised to 5% ginsenosides, which ensures that it contains this active ingredient, a family of saponins specific to this species.
L-Tryptophan powder 150g - EssentialSeries
L-Tryptophan powder is a food supplement based on the essential amino acid L-Tryptophan. This amino acid is essential for the human organism, and cannot be generated on its own, so it has to be supplied through food or supplementation.
