This Andean maca extract in capsules is made from a mixture of black and yellow maca, with a concentration 10 times higher than that found in the root, as well as vitamin B12, selenium and zinc. This plant has been used for years in the traditional medicine of the highland regions of Peru and forms part of the typical cuisine of South American countries. Maca, among other things, is used because it helps to maintain sexual performance and energy.

Ashwagandha Extract (10:1) 400mg

Ashwaganda by EssentialSeries is a supplement based on Ashwagandha root extract (Withania somnifera), with a concentration 10 times higher than that found in the plant. It is an exotic herb native to Asia that is widely used, especially in Ayurvedic medicine, for its adaptogenic properties. Some of its key benefits include improving the body's resistance to stress, contributing to mental balance and supporting male sexual function.

D-Aspartic Acid

D-aspartic acid is a vegan powdered food supplement based on chelated calcium D-aspartic acid salt. As with all RawSeries products, it is 100% pure, with no additives. The powder in this supplement is extremely fine, which makes it particularly easy to dissolve. Although the product has no additives, this amino acid has an acidic taste.

How do you use it?

On waking and before breakfast

Mix 1/2 a scoop (3g) of D-Aspartic acid with 200ml of water.
