Steps to your perfect waffle recipe

Ingredients

100g neutral flavoured oat flour
30g egg white powder
1/4 tbsp xanatana gum
1 glass of vegetable almond drink
1 tablespoon ghee
Lemon zest
Cinnamon

Preparation:

Add all the ingredients in the high bowl of the mixer.
Whisk until the batter is smooth, without lumps.
When the waffle iron is hot, add a portion of the batter into each of the holes of the waffle iron and
close.
After 6 or 7 minutes, the waffles are ready.
Add a little extra creamy butter or heavy cream on top. You will love them!
