What is Triphala?

Triphala is a preparation originating from Ayurvedic medicine that benefits from the use of three fruits: bibhitaki, amalaki and haritaki.

For centuries, traditional Indian medicine (Ayurveda) has considered the foods that make up triphala as elemental forces for health or doshas for mind, body and spirit.
