Branched-Chain Amino Acids (BCAA)
Known as medium-chain amino acids, branched-chain amino acids, or BCAAs, they're made up of the essential amino acids leucine, isoleucine and valine.
These are the amino acids most frequently used by athletes. They can be taken both before and after training to fight against wear and tear.
