They are small capsules, easy to swallow, you don't feel the taste of garlic... it doesn't come back, but I believe it can happen in some people, as each organism is different. The NOW brand is very reliable. I'm taking it to help lower LDL levels ...I haven't done any tests yet, but I believe it's beneficial for many other situations.

Repeat, repeat, repeat. I don't usually have digestive problems, I have been taking garlic capsules for a long time and it seemed to be a good cost-benefit. Never again.
