This pack aims to complement the diet of cyclists both during their training sessions and in competition. Most of the added products are intended to be taken on the bike, providing the nutrients necessary for the body during this type of activity. It also includes a whey protein isolate to be taken after each session as a recovery drink.

Evokalyn is a supplement made from Creatine Monohydrate from the Kre-Alkalyn® patent. This patent has a modified pH, reaching a value of 12 on the acid-base scale. HOW DO YOU USE IT?
Before Breakfast:
- Take 1 serving (5g) of Citrulline Malate, mixed with 100-150ml wate.
Before Training (30min):
- 1 serving (50g) of Amylopectin + 1/2 a serving of Beta Alanine + 1 serving (5g) of Citrulline Malate + 1 serving (4g) of Glutamine Peptides, all mixed in the same shaker with 500ml of water + 1 capsule of Evokalyn.
During Training:
- Mix 1 serving (50g) of Amylopectin + 2 servings (40g) of Evocarbs with 500-600ml of water. Top up for every 60-90min of intense physical activity.
After Training:
- Take 1-2 servings of Evolate + 1 serving (4g) of Glutamine Peptides + 1/2 a serving (2g) of Beta Alanine, mixed in the same shake with water.
