HOW TO CONSUME?
With breakfast and lunch:
- Take 1/2 scoop (2g) of Beta-Alanine, mixed with water, juice or your favourite drink.
Before training:
- 30-45 minutes before the start of physical activity, take 1 vegetable capsule of Caffeine and 1 dispenser of Isomaltulose (50g) with 250-300ml of water or juice.
During training:
- In 1 litre of cold water mix 2 Evotonic (70g) + 1 Evopectin 2.0 (50g) scoop. In case the activity is long enough to finish this drink, you can make another drink with the same proportion.
Hydrate loading:
- The days before a competition, it is advisable to do a carbohydrate load. You can take between meals, 1 to 3 times a day, 1 scoop (50g) of Isomalatulose with 250-300ml of water or fruit juice.
